Disorganized from start to finish. I was passed along from sales person to sales person, and no one really seemed very knowledgeable. There were items left in the car. The car wasn't r I was passed along from sales person to sales person, and no one really seemed very knowledgeable. There were items left in the car. The car wasn't ready for me to pick-up. I was paying by check on a Sunday I called to make sure that was ok before traveling and was told they couldn't verify the check that day. They set me up with a loaner which I guess was fine but why all the hassel in the first place? Amanda Meadows was particularly rude to me and never once apologized for any inconvenience. Instead she seemed to just blame the sales people. I own a business that is customer facing and if any of my employees a customer the way I was treated they would need to be retrained or let go. Also a rattle that is in the back of the car that i was told was just somethign loose in the back was never taken care of. Trying to figure that out through VW forums, and other dealerships. FYI I never wourked with Michael Imbrogno, but I had to leave a rating to submit. More

Most recent experience was to get new batteries for two low charged car keys. I was anticipating a long drawn out experience like I previously had at a different dealership.
