Had my SUV serviced recently. Carter & Amanda took the time to explore different options that would suit my needs & budget until we reached an agreement. Carter was very knowledgeable about the Ioniq and explained everything no ma options that would suit my needs & budget until we reached an agreement. Carter was very knowledgeable about the Ioniq and explained everything no matter how long it took. He even helped with phone set up and QR scanning. Everyone was friendly and took the time to say hi. I've been to other dealership and they acted as if it was a burden to smile. Amanda also was helpful and went out of her way to hunt down a brochure on the new car.
