Everyone we worked with at Ganley was outstanding. From sales to financing, we could not have asked for a better car buying experience! Chris Whitt is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. There was absolutely no pressure from him to purchase and he gave us several options before we made our decision. We love the teamwork exhibited by the sales department as Billy Loesch stepped in to assist us while Chris took care of a personal emergency. While working with the financing, Sandi Kuzma made sense of all the numbers. Again, she did not pressure us to purchase any additional warranty or coverage, yet was very versed in explaining the all of the benefits of doping so and even shared her personal experiences with owning a Volkswagen. One necessary characteristic of a great organization is the ability to work together and support each other as a team. This was definitely noticeable with our experience at Ganley.
