Ganley Westside Hyundai is where I will purchase my next car I test drove a 2020 Tucson from a dealership in Elyria. I didn't purchase the day I test drove and I'm glad I didn't. When we went in the next day for I test drove a 2020 Tucson from a dealership in Elyria. I didn't purchase the day I test drove and I'm glad I didn't. When we went in the next day for some clarification on their offer, I was told, "it's right there on the page; it's simple math." I told them that I'm an engineer but that I don't do this everyday like he does, so without proper explanation of the numbers, it's easy to get confused. Turns out, it was a terminology issue - the numbers on the page were correct but it was poorly explained the first time. But that still didn't require talking down to me. Because they had been so rude at the first dealership, we looked elsewhere and found the exact same car at Ganley. We went to see what their offer was. Janice Huang and Mike Vanderhoof were very transparent and respectful, and came in $1100 cheaper than the other dealership. So, when my husband and/or I are ready to buy again, we plan to go back to Ganley. More
