Inaccurate pricing and diagnostic If I could give this place no starts I would!! I went in for a “recall” to get fixed. The lady at the counter came back and said that all these things If I could give this place no starts I would!! I went in for a “recall” to get fixed. The lady at the counter came back and said that all these things needed to be fixed on the car included “a new muffler” the repairs added up to over 1200 which included a new battery. I agreed to get the battery replaced for $190 and skipped the rest. I started to call around and see if I could get the repairs done cheaper somewhere else. I found midas in Strongsville and the guy agreed to check the car again. Turns out the “new muffler” that you guys wanted to charge me almost 700 for it didn’t even need to be replaced!!! It needed a new bolt that cost me 94 dollars !!! I saw the muffler and it was on perfect shape!! And the battery that you guys charged me a whopping 190 for it could have been done for 120 the SAME battery!!!! To cut my nightmare short I was able to repare everything with lifetime warranty for $600 at the other place!! You guys should be ashamed for overcharging people !!!! I will never buy or take my car back to this place ever again!!!! You guys are a dishonest business trying to make money out of hard working people I get that you sell a “brand” but from my point of view is not a very trusting one!! More

Good sale but no follow up. Sale went smoothly. 2nd key fob was not available at the time of purchase. Was informed that i would have it when they found it, or if they had to order the spare. Over 1 month later I still dont have a 2nd fob, and my phine calls are being ignored. Went from a 5 star sales experience with 1 star customer service. Disappointed. More
