The cars are excellent. Service is Poor! Every time I take my car to their service department they recommend unnecessary repairs. Brake Job... Brand new car, rotors pitted in first 10,000 Every time I take my car to their service department they recommend unnecessary repairs. Brake Job... Brand new car, rotors pitted in first 10,000 miles needed to be replaced! Back brake job. I had new drums and new break pads. installed at Ganley and customer service came back and said we have a safety issue and there is leakage in the cylinders,, they wanted an additional $ 400 dollars plus the price of the cylinders. I almost lost it since they have the brakes completely disassembled and they wanted that much to bolt the cylinders in. But that is not the worst of it! They rotated the tires and called me back and said my wheels were out of round and the mechanic turned the wheels and they wobbled.. they said it would be 375 per wheel to straighten and take three days to fix. I told them to put the wheels back and I took them to a wheel specialist and the wheels were not out of round. The mechanic did not have them bolted on correctly. But it gets worse... they wanted to clean the carbon out of my engine and I have yet to find a mechanic that knows what they are talking about. Then a week or so later, my battery went dead across the street. and the service department said I had to get my car towed since I did not have an extended warranty on the vehicle. But wait, it even gets worse... after i had 10,000 miles on the new rear brakes, they started grinding so I called them and the first thing they said was they could not do anything about that since I did not have the extended warranty, then they said wait and came back and said you did not get the genuine VW brake shoes put on the car, so they do not warranty the brakes at all. Well I learned they put the wrong brake shoes on the car... Another time, I had a running light go out and I had to buy a two pack so I asked them to replace them both... well one week later the running light that they were supposed to replace burned out, telling me they did not do what they said they were going to do. I have had nothing but problems with the service department at Ganely. Is it because their cars are so well built that do they not get enough service work and try to make up revenues by recommending services that are not needed or push their warranty program? Or are they just getting greedy? More

Outback I had a great experience at Ganley Subaru with Nicole Shaw. She was a VERY knowledgeable salesperson and answered ALL my questions and Very helpful. I had a great experience at Ganley Subaru with Nicole Shaw. She was a VERY knowledgeable salesperson and answered ALL my questions and Very helpful. When we got in the car to test drive it, she explained Everything to me and what it all did before we left the parking lot. She helped with the financing aspect of it. I really appreciated all that she did and would highly recommend her as your salesperson. I absolutely LOVE my Outback! As I signed all the paperwork, Sarah Klein was very good at explaining it all to me! More
