Who knew that buying a used car could actually be PLEASANT?! We were all set for a negative experience, since that's what our past car buying experiences (at other dealers) have been. Heather was our sales consultant and we couldn't have asked for better - she's knowledgeable about the product(s), very up front & honest, low pressure, and she worked within our stated budget (usually the sales people try to show you or talk you into cars several thousand dollars above your max budget). She's flexible and dedicated. We loved the "no haggle" pricing at Ganley, since it avoided all the games so many dealers play. We got a fair deal on our trade-in and the paperwork was smooth and quick. There's no doubt we would shop Ganley Westside again, and we recommend it highly. More
