Loved most of it! Financial dept. gets salesman on you. yuck Amanda was very friendly, helpful and available when I had any questions. She made my first car buying experience comfortable and fun. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. When buying the car and going through the finance department I was very annoyed with the pushiness of the man (for the life of me I couldn't find his name. He was sitting in the office behind Amanda's desk) and the warranties. He belittled my reasoning for not needing what he was offering. Left a bad taste in my mouth and made the whole experience go from a 10 to a 6. Respect is more important than the sale of the warranty. I felt bullied into getting the warranty. Not cool. More
