Quick, efficient, perfect! I wasn't 100% sure if I was ready to purchase a vehicle. Once I arrived, I was greated by the manager Mike, who is hilarious, down to earth and very friendly. I immediately felt comfortable. I Directly worked with Nile, who is AMAZING. He broke down every thing to me from the car specs, test drive, the non fun money aspects and made it all come together for me. I'm a girl...and I went alone. Alot of men in my life swore that was a bad idea! They were so wrong! Nile and Mike did everything in their power to make sure I got THE BEST deal. I never once felt as if they were trying to upsell me to pay more than what I needed to. Nile was super friendly and very knowledgeable in the car I was looking at, literally knew anything and everything I wanted to know. The model and color I was interested in was not at that location, but let me tell you... they searched all over until they found what I was looking for and got it for me! I was thrilled. I would highly recommend Hyundai North Olmsted to anyone and everyone. It was a great experience from start to finish. More

No pushing or manipulating, the agent and finance department bent over backwards to work their best deal to the parameters we requested. Never thought I'd ever recommend a car dealership to anyone, ever, but Ganley Westside Imports in North Olmstead definitely earned and deserves the honors: Tom Matthews, the Subaru Sales Consultant who was constantly moving, on the ball the entire time. He was friendly and easy going, and made all the gears move. He's exactly who you always hope you'll get when you shop for a car, but never seem to. We tripped and fell into the perfect sales person, just walking in to the dealership 15 minutes before closing on a Thursday night... crazy good luck. Carlos Matos, the Subaru Sales Manager who worked the bank(s) to get us the deal we wanted. Bob Zeleny, the Subaru Business Manager who finalized the deal quickly and painlessly once all the heavy grunt work was done. We did NOT want to shop for a car, but were forced to due to circumstances, and were on our guard, expecting very little. We are grateful for the conversion, and have already recommended Tom and GWI to all our friends on social media - we hope it successfully sends business your way.
