Review I was very disturbed by the finance man suggesting I take a loan and get a kick-back rather than pay cash. He said it would be a $200 cash back as well as help my credit rating. From my perspective, I was charged an extra $200 because I chose to pay cash. I also thought it was arrogant to assume “helping my credit rating” would influence my decision. I am 74 years old and have had excellent credit for over 50 years. My previous marks of “excellent” rating and “yes” to recommending the dealership relates solely to my experience with my sales agent, Karl. If I had this to do over and was aware of kickbacks, I most likely would have returned to Brunswick Auto where my last 4 purchases were made, paid in cash and it was never suggested that I take out a loan. To me, the integrity of your dealership suffered by the time spent with Bob. More

They accommodated our request despite that we did not have an appointment, provided same day service to get the car up and running again, and were courteous enough to extend warrantee coverage to cover cost 3 months past manufacturer warrantee. We had already purchased extended warrantee through Subaru on this vehicle and we were not sure if it would cover this particular problem. Matt O'Shea was extremely professional and treated us with the utmost professionalism. We are grateful. We believe that our recent purchase of a Subaru Outback 2018 about 2 months ago in addition to our Forester 2015 was the right decision. We thank you for being Subaru. More
