They accommodated our request despite that we did not have an appointment, provided same day service to get the car up and running again, and were courteous enough to extend warrantee coverage to cover cost 3 months past manufacturer warrantee. We had already purchased extended warrantee through Subaru on this vehicle and we were not sure if it would cover this particular problem. Matt O'Shea was extremely professional and treated us with the utmost professionalism. We are grateful.
