At Ganley Westside Imports, we strive to always provide 5 Star Service, and I apologize that you do not feel that you received this level of treatment by our staff. I feel that it is important to present a few important details regarding your interaction with our dealership which you did not include in your review: 1) We worked to help you find a vehicle that would be the correct "fit" for you. In fact, we allowed you to take an "extended test drive" and drive our vehicle over night do that you would get a better feel for the car. 2) We presented upfront pricing to you, and you continued to negotiate (several times) with another dealership, including while you were driving our vehicle. This mat, in part, explain the frustration of the Ganley Westside staff, who's only goal was to earn your business. 3) Nick, Matt & Mike's behavior when you returned to the dealership the final time, as well as the reason that they contacted you at work, can be explained by the fact that you left a bag of garbage (literally) in our vehicle upon it's return. We simply were contacting you to have you take possession of your garbage, and then wanted to ensure that everything went smoothly when you returned to claim the garbage. As I mentioned above, our goal was to earn your business, and we are disappointed that we were not able to do that. Thank you again for the opportunity to work with you, as well as your feedback.
