Very happy, just some bumps in the road. Very happy with the customer service and friendliness but I felt that David Kaizer was too pushy for the coverage of the vehicle. I was under the impression of there being a 10 year / 100,000 mile warranty through hyundai. Aye also didn't explain how to use the coverage if needed. I shouldn't need to explain myself if I don't want something. The only reason I did purchase thus coverage was because I got the price way down. When purchasing the vehicle I was never told the percentage of the interest of the loan either. That's something that should be covered before signing papers. More

A huge reason I also came back to Ganley was Keith Wendling who did service on my first two Hyundia's., Had some strange problems with dash board and blue tooth and tire valve that Keith resolved quickly with no further problems. I also sent my ex wife there for a new car in 2015, she also was taken care of. I hate buying a car, but Matt took care of that in an hour. No nonsense back and forth. My only problem is that I cant have sirius radioi on my model sonata. It should be a feature on any model since its only for six month then it's my responsibility. More
