Doing the Right Thing I purchased a used 2010 Ford Fusion Sport AWD from this dealership with 71k miles on it. The auto had issues in the first 24 hours that left me with I purchased a used 2010 Ford Fusion Sport AWD from this dealership with 71k miles on it. The auto had issues in the first 24 hours that left me with a dead battery, leaking brake caliper, and unbalanced tires, and a misaligned car which I had corrected at my cost due to time & location constraints. I contacted the Used Car Manager who asked for the receipts, reviewed them with his Service Manager, and promptly admitted they missed some things on this car. They issued me a check immediately to reimburse me for the repair expenses I incurred. TALK ABOUT DOING THE RIGHT THING! SCOTT TURNEY AND THIS DEALERSHIP STOOD BEHIND THEIR CAR - FANTASTIC RESPONSE! BASED ON THIS ACT ALONE, I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. More
