He was professional in every respect, clearly knowledgeable, friendly with a great sense of humor and he totally understood how upsetting this was for us, especially since we have had the car regularly maintained by Subaru. He fit us into the service schedule when there really wasn't a space and he never gave us any doubt that he would help us.
