Horrible Customer Service I've never received such rude and disrespectful service. Being a female taking your car in to a dealership there's already a stereotype that makes you I've never received such rude and disrespectful service. Being a female taking your car in to a dealership there's already a stereotype that makes you uneasy about it, but hoping there'd be classy, respectful employees I took it in myself without my husband or father to back me up. I know now I was told ridiculousness because I ended up talking to a couple mechanics about the issues, but at the time I took their word and let them attempt to 'fix' my car. I say 'fix' because the issue was never fully resolved. The last trip there (there were many in a short time span) I was sitting in a chair in the service department, waiting, and the service manager (Keith) walks out of his office and walks right past me. THREE TIMES. He said not one word. Not hello, not good afternoon, nothing. That is horrible customer service right there. If you don't like your job, if you aren't able to perform your job, then get a different one. You're in the customer service industry. You are service. You serve your customers. These people told me all kinds of stories then ended up wrongfully charging an insane amount of money for something that should be under warranty. And when I try to question it - they brush me off. These people don't care about their customers. I wanted to let others know so that they wouldn't be fooled by this dealership. Go elsewhere! Learn from my mistake. I work for a billion dollar public company and sit right next to the Controller and CFO. Not only these two people, but everyone else on my floor that heard directly, or heard about my conversation with and about this dealership, has vowed they will never go there! And most of these co-workers live on the westside! Score! The CFO actually said he'd never take anyone of his kids or his wife to that dealership after hearing my story. The Controller was going to look at cars, she was planning on this dealership as a stop, not anymore. I'm pleased that I can spare other people the trouble, the disrespect and unpleasantries of going to this dealership. It's a bit of a shame because I had such a great buying experience. But not really a shame, because the future service far outweighs the one time buy :) More
