I was planning to either walk or take a bus to get back home. The service manager instead offered me a no-charge loaner to take home, knowing that I would not be able to return it until Thursday morning. I consider that to be well above and beyond the level of service that most dealerships offer. More

I did not feel they tried to fool me into getting services I did not need. Quite the contrary, I thought I needed brake service and was told I probably had another 5K miles to go. Additionally, I was unable to print out coupons sent to my email address and when I contacted Jason about this, he printed them out at the dealership and mailed them to me in time for my appointment. I have waited as long as 3 hours for a oil change when I was told an hour. More
