Great Sales experience,but POOR service dept. I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT the end of June 2015. The salesman was wonderful, however, the service dept was very poor. A hub cap was scratch I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT the end of June 2015. The salesman was wonderful, however, the service dept was very poor. A hub cap was scratched up which service was going to replace. They were also installing a dimming mirror. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment, I was told the hub cap was replaced, but they did not have time to install the mirror. Unfortunately, they did not call me about the delay. They offered me a loaner vehicle and told me to come back the next day. The loaner car was filthy! I went back the following day and again they forgot to call to tell me there was a snag in installing the mirror. It was going to be another SIX days!! I refused to drive the loaner the gave me because it was so dirty. The next loaner was a little cleaner than the 1st, but not by much. I received a call the 5th day that my car was ready for pickup. I sat in my car ready to leave, & the panel they removed to get to the wiring for the mirror was sitting on the passenger seat! I now had a brand new car with a section by the door exposed with wires staring at me!! Also, the scratched hub cap was still on my tire!! After they replaced the hub cap and put the panel back on , I was told to come back again because they had to order a clip to secure the panel ! They told me the panel was loose and could fall off while driving!! After another week without a phone call, I had to call them again about the clip. I will NEVER take my car there for service!! The Service Manager was very nice and apologetic, but the service technicians needed a service 101 class!! More
