Freindly, Knowlegeable, Caring I had to have recall work done and the dealership took perfect care of me. When I first called they asked me my needs for a loner car so that I was no I had to have recall work done and the dealership took perfect care of me. When I first called they asked me my needs for a loner car so that I was not inconvenienced, and then explained the recall work to be done and the time frame that I could expect. They told me they would call me back with a couple dates to bring my car in. I agreed to a date and took my car in. The staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive. My loaner car was brought around in a timely manor and I was on my way. I took the loaner back the next day and picked up my car again the staff was perfect and the repairs to my car were complete. I am glad that I bought my car from Gantley West Side and glad that I have access to such a great staff. I worked with Matt Oshea, Erica Cores, Greg Kerro. They are a great team of people and the reason I will always be confident that I have the best service possible. A+++ More

First New Car Purchase Experience My wife and I went to Ganley Westside Subaru to look at and purchase the 2015 Forester Premium. Robert Rusnak was our salesman. He was down to earth My wife and I went to Ganley Westside Subaru to look at and purchase the 2015 Forester Premium. Robert Rusnak was our salesman. He was down to earth, friendly and NOT PUSHY AT ALL. He was knowledgeable about the car, and if he came to a question he did not know the answer to, he found out the answer very quickly. We were very nervous about the whole process, but because of Robert's salesmanship and non-invasive demeanor, we were given enough time to make wise and sound decisions regarding our purchase. Robert really worked to get us what we felt was a very fair deal. We also had a trade in and Robert also did an excellent job securing again a very fair price for that. Overall, we were very pleased with the whole transaction, and since we were cash buyers, we were not pressured into their financing program. When I am in the market again for a new car, I will hopefully be visiting Robert at Ganley Westside. More

Best service I have had yet. my 2011 outback has 118,000 miles and needed a lot of maintenance. Ganley's thoroughly inspected the car and made recommendations that I had done.
