They lost my title to my trade in, I had to make several trips back to the dealership to have them arrange for a new title or they would charge me for my trade in, they screwed up the financing and subseque trips back to the dealership to have them arrange for a new title or they would charge me for my trade in, they screwed up the financing and subsequently my credit.
