Most recent experience was to get new batteries for two low charged car keys. I was anticipating a long drawn out experience like I previously had at a different dealership. Horrible Experience! I had a really awful experience with Ganley Westside Hyundai. I was having mechanical issues with my car which I purchased from Ganley in 2018. Trey I had a really awful experience with Ganley Westside Hyundai. I was having mechanical issues with my car which I purchased from Ganley in 2018. Trey didn't cause the issues I was having and he kind of dragged into the situation, but there were several times he wouldn't follow through on his promises of getting back to me in a timely manner. If something is going to take a week to fix, I'm okay with that as long as you communicate this to me and properly set expectations. I get upset if you say you're going to call me back, but you don't and say an issue will take 2 days to fix, when it took 2-3 weeks to fix. Just really back overall experience with Trey. More

I leave this negative for Scott since I think communication needs to improve between the sales and service departments. My car had a warranty, but apparently it showed in the system used by the sales department, but not in the system used by the service department. Scott had me make an appointment to bring my car, but the service department told me my car didn't have a warranty because it didn't show in the system. I still don't know what the disconnect is between the sales and service departments, but something needs to be fixed so it doesn't take 1 1/2 months for a car to get fixed. More
