Excellent service, short waiting time, great staff to talk to. Fun coffee machine. But not happy about some new 2020 Subaru models, completely removing CD/MP3/Audio files player from the dashboard!!! Might have to buy my currently leased 2017 Outback and keep it and all its rooftop accessories just for that reason. I don't like having an iPad screen size for entertainment instead and optional $500 CD played installed in side compartment. Both of these combined would be a major distraction from driving. I don't need an iPad like dashboard when I already have iPad or smart phone from which all files can be streamed through blue tooth speakers in the car. More

There was one issue out of several services that were to be completed, and (without asking), I was offered immediate and more than fair compensation for my troubles. Jazmine stepped up to take care of my issue swiftly and in a fantastic way. I am grateful and this experience will last a lifetime with me and will be one of the main reasons that I continue to bring my Subaru in for service at this location. 30 K Service for 2019 Legacy Was greeted by service rep, Julianna Irizarry, as soon as I drove in. She directed me to the waiting area. I am very satisfied with the service department. I combined the service visit with an opportunity to talk about leasing a car. I was invited by Keith Winters to come in and that would give us enough time to choose the type of Elantra that I wanted when my lease runs out in March 2020. On Jan. 16th I was offered the chance to terminate the lease early which I declined because when I terminated the lease on my Sonata in 2017 to lease my 2017 Elantra I got billed $3600 for early termination. I was told that Ganley would take care of unpaid payments. Is it too strong to say that I feel I was lied to? When I notified Keith that I would not deal today, Jan. 16th, there was no effort to show me the Elantra that I wanted to see. Was I abandoned? At this point I am wondering if I should continue to give Ganley Westside Imports my business. More
