I brought my 12 year old Subaru here a year ago for service & maintenance before giving that to a family member, and he has been enjoying that car complication-free for over a year. At that time I also had to get a new car, and I ended up buying a used 2013 Subaru. The saleswoman and the finance manager were highly cooperative concerning the awkwardness of my situation (registering the car to out of state since I was a recent graduate who had not updated my residency address yet). My most recent service at the dealership was no exception to previous experiences. I was able to get a major necessary repair done to my car and pick it up all in the same day, and for less cost than anticipated. Driving my car on the highway is a pleasure again thanks to the fantastic work of the Subaru service team! More

The Agent at the Express desk was friendly and professional. He explained the service and asked me if I'd like my car washed after the service. I was hesitant because I was on a time constraint but he assured me I would be on my way in a little over an hour and he was correct! He went over the service given my car on the check list and I was impressed he didn't try to sell me other services I knew weren't required like other places/dealers. Thank you! Great staff! Your staff members are all so polite, and they truly listen to what I say about my car.
