Great at sales, just don’t look for service Arranged for some warranty work in Ogden, 2 hour drive each way, so arranged for a car and Dr appointment to take advantage of time. Arrived 15 min early to be told they were way overbooked ( a dozen cars in line in front of me) and that they didn’t have a car. The statement was “ we don’t have control of when our cars come back”. Clear they would not get to my vehicle for several hours so I left never to return to this dealer. Called and asked to speak to sales mgr about my prepaid oil changes that I now want a refunded. Was told he would call me - nope- my first move was to remove the Ken Garff license plate holders. My GMC is great, the dealer never again. Their service department is absolutely clueless!! This attitude has to go all the way to top management- that says a lot. More

Good for what they could find They did what they could for me. They found a battery wire faulting and a bad battery. Unfortunately that’s not what I took it in for. But because it They did what they could for me. They found a battery wire faulting and a bad battery. Unfortunately that’s not what I took it in for. But because it had cleared all of the codes out. So I was able to drive it home, but it broke down again for the same reason and is back in the shop near my house. Charles and the tech were great for what they could do. The main issue that I have takin it in for the past 4 times (only 1 of those times at ken garff) has not been solved so I’m a little flustered that the root issue is not solved and I’m spending money I don’t have to not fix the roof issue. More
