I have two cars that I take in twice a year for the last few years- took a car in the spring and had to get some work done almost 2k. Trying to get ahold of my service advisor was a real pain, would not get few years- took a car in the spring and had to get some work done almost 2k. Trying to get ahold of my service advisor was a real pain, would not get back with me towards the end. I ended up going in and finding her talking and laughing it up with a male co worker, just the two of them it wasn't like they were helping another customer no one else was there. I took another car there a month ago for an oil change. I go in to pick up my car after receiving a text it was ready, go to wave my ride good bye and the service advisor tells me oh no its not ready... had to chase my ride down oh wait he says we are not done with it . Then I recv a video on the status of the car around 11:30 then I called my service advisor to see if I could get the work done while it was in your shop. I tried for THREE hours to call ahold of my service advisor. When I finally reached him he stated he was at lunch I said for three hours?????? By that time I got ahold of him it was later in the day. I told him I had to take the car back to SLC and just forget doing any work on it, by that time I was furious. I even left a message for the service manager to call me back and guess what never hear back - Never going back More

Have not been able to get a new transfer case for my 2015 GMC Terrain for over 6 weeks! GM has no date for ETA! Riverdale helped us get into a different vehicle. Glad to be out from under that mess!
