Received a notice of recall -scheduled an appointment and the gal checked to verify if parts were available to make the correction. She verified parts were in stock and scheduled an appointment 10-01- and the gal checked to verify if parts were available to make the correction. She verified parts were in stock and scheduled an appointment 10-01-21 @ 10:00 am. I called to see if the repair was completed about 4:30 and was told the repairs had not been done as the campaign recall for the roof rail air bag inflator that may rupture could not be done since parts were not available. Also that there is no remedy for the recall at that time. The people when I picked up the truck said they were sorry for the confusion but to come back some other time. Perhaps a future notice would be sent when a remedy and parts would be available. I had arranged with work to get time off so the block of time worked for your auto group and myself. I didn't like the sneaky add-on charges to my recent oil change. Items like shop materials, rags and whatever $2 charges you add on should be included in the stated oil change listed on your price board. If change.
