The test driving and buying was super smooth, and the sales team was great. After one day the truck already had a check engine light and de-rated. You asked so here it is. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and it was over an hour before the vehicle was taken in. I waited 2hr and 15 minutes for an oil change. Needless to say I passed on for an oil change and it was over an hour before the vehicle was taken in. I waited 2hr and 15 minutes for an oil change. Needless to say I passed on the car wash. I also scheduled and appointment for my 2018 Duramax with a third party warranty and when I asked no one could tell me whether it was accepted. I was told I had to ask the finance department but could not get through. I left a voicemail but never received a return call. Personal opinion is you guys have big problems. I will not be returning. More
