I'm just wondering what the point is paying for the advantage package if they don't do the whole thing? When I asked why they didn't, they were annoyed and said they could run it through the carwash if I wanted them to. When they sold me the package, they said that was included. I had already been there longer than planned. I'm not sure why they were annoyed with me when they were the ones who didn't complete it. I won't be going there or buying from there again. I don't like being made to feel bad for asking for something that I paid for.
