They need not be in a hurry to get the work done. When i ask about having other work done i was to they had no time since they were closing in 45 minutes. Generally you are weary of dealers because of high cost and unknown and fictitious problems. Ken Garff is the BEST experience I have had at any dealership! They videoed the inspection and texted it to me and unknown and fictitious problems. Ken Garff is the BEST experience I have had at any dealership! They videoed the inspection and texted it to me. This assured me that all points were checked and the small issue that needed attention was pointed out! There was also another issue they found and fought hard to get it covered under warranty. I specifically stated I was seeing a leak from the steering fluid area on my garage floor. The at pick up, I asked what they saw and they never looked at it or followed up. I told them I am feeling an in frequent shudder at low speed. I believe it is in the shifting/torque converter. They diagnosed imbalanced tires. I have now also had transmission fluid and filter change speed. I believe it is in the shifting/torque converter. They diagnosed imbalanced tires.
