Started at 07:30 AM. All employees were courteous and professional. I got a transport to my house and the lady driver “Jo” was the best. Give her a nice pat on the back. They couldn’t find the part they ordered for me, rotated my tires, which I didn’t want. I’ve been in a few times and my experiences have not been positive. Since I bought the car I have noticed a noise, brought it to the service department and they have down played it every single time. I took my car to another service and they also told me about the problem, took it back to Ken Garff and they Still don’t see a problem. Very frustrating to say the least! Also, there is a Hispanic man in the office and he completed ignores me even though he and I are the only ones in the service department. I’m also Hispanic and he doesn’t like to deal with his own kind. I always dread having to go to the service department. More
We were extremely pleased with the level of service we received. We let Kevin, our service advisor, know the issue we’ve had with our bumper. Clips just keep falling off.
