Overall, good job. However, I dropped the truck off at 915 AM and it took until 5:30 PM to get the truck back. I would think that by scheduling my appointment three weeks in advance they could make it a 915 AM and it took until 5:30 PM to get the truck back. I would think that by scheduling my appointment three weeks in advance they could make it a priority to change my oil and perform the recall work within a few hours instead of me not having my truck the entire day and waiting till the end of the day to pick up my truck when it is inconvenient.. Second, on more than one occasion I have to ask for a car wash. When I purchased my oil change package, one of the selling points is a free car wash included in the purchase. On two occasions I have arrived to pick up my truck and it wasn't' washed. Fulfilling the promise if having my car washed when I show up and not having to ask for it would go a long way to showing me that they are serious about the details and giving five star service. Give five star service and I will give a five star review. Third, recall work was performed on my truck. However, there were a few parts they failed to reattach to the door. I had to reattach them on my own. Not necessarily a big deal, but they could do better on the details that would permit me to rate them five star. More

Dropped car off for a recall fix, 2 months later haven't heard a word. Won't return calls until after hours when they can't help you, if they return calls at all. Never once has there been an update to me for anything. They said they have 30 cars waiting but never contact you. Don't even know if they have ordered the part!!! The worst dealership I've ever been to and I've owned 17 vehicles!!!! WILL Never Do FORD AGAIN!!!!! Ive just spent 140$ on diagnostic and Ford is trying to tell me it needs 4-5,000 worth of work. I've had the car a year and the other reliable mehanic says IT DOES NOT NEED ANY OTHER WORK! DAM FORD!!!!! More
