From the initial call to the actual picking up of my truck, Paula and Zach were exceptional! This was a sale done completely over the phone and internet. After speaking with Paula, I was pretty convinced that this was the exact truck I was searching for. Her down to earth candor and ability to listen and answer my many questions was a breath of fresh air!. She easily explained how nice the truck was and the many features. Zach helped in the short negotiation and, since I pretty well knew the price of a truck in this condition and miles, I was able to accept the price he gave me. He also arranged great financing for me. When I flew in from California a week later, we went for a short test drive and everything worked just as told to me. Mark, in finance, got the paperwork together quickly and then I was off to California with my "new" truck. They even filled the tank for me! A few days later they called telling us they had brought one in from another dealer and thought it might be what we were looking for. It was fulled loaded with everything we wanted, color included. We drove it and fell in love. We couldn't leave with out purching our new car. More
