JJ was great and very easy to get along with, however, the Sales Manager Richard makes you feel like an idiot and tries to scheme you out of $1000s of dollars for your trade AND the car they are selling. the Sales Manager Richard makes you feel like an idiot and tries to scheme you out of $1000s of dollars for your trade AND the car they are selling. If I could give less than a 1 star review I would. Service department is AWFUL! It has gone down hill once it switched over from Bradley Sparr Ford. Kristoff is the rudest employee. I have always had my expedition serviced there, and the past couple of times I have taken it in for something under warranty, I get the run around. No one calls you back, and when I finally heard back from Kristoff, he was so rude. We switched to Loveland Ford and they are amazing. I would highly recommend not using them. Worst experience, and won't be returning. More

Service department completely mis-diagnosed a misfire issue when I purchased a 2011 F-150 from them. Within 25 days, the issue came back and I was forced to bring my truck to another dealer. This ended u issue when I purchased a 2011 F-150 from them. Within 25 days, the issue came back and I was forced to bring my truck to another dealer. This ended up costing me another $700. When I reached out to Ken Garff, (both directly to the dealer and my sales person) They went completely silent. Would not recommend, nor will I go back for another vehicle purchase. More
