OK Overall OK service overall, nothing exceptional though, had to ask to have the car washed which they used to do all the time. I did have some trouble with my appointment for 12-24-19. I had multiple email confirmations for the appointment, took time off from work and when I showed up for my appointment, the dealership was closed and when I asked all they said was sorry, we did not have many appointments so we decided not to open up. It would have been nice to have known about that so I did not have to lose a 1/2 day of work. More
