The only reason we rated the dealer a 4 was because of the very long wait time with their finance department. It was about 3 hours from the time we made the deal to the time we finally drove the truck off the lot. More

I went in on July 19 to look at a Ford Fusion and hopefully trade in my Cruze that I bought at auto nation (and didn’t like very much). I was frustrated with the car I had and really no idea how trading in my car would work, or if it was even possible because I just bought it 6 months ago! He sat down with me and explained every step of the way thoroughly. He was always ready to answer any question I had. He was very personable and fun throughout the whole experience. We test drove a few and I found one I REALLY liked. The tough part was I had some negative equity and quite a high interest rate, however I came back the next day and he had the car detailed and all the paper work filled out ready for me to sign- at a crazy deal and an interest rate that was far less than half my previous one. Tory was really understanding with my situation and didn’t pressure me into anything. I had the best, least stressful car buying experience thanks to Tory. I would highly recommend him if youre in the market for a new or used car. More

My Opinion - Untrustworthy & Overpriced So previously had an estimate of about $443. Then they agreed to take 10% off. Today the Bill was magically about $493. They charged $50 labor to install cabin air filter! Also, cannot prove it, but felt hustled and handled as far as about $250 of the service goes. I tried to cancel those items but guy would not call back to confirm. When I went in, he "canceled" them but circumstances had appearance to me of "hurry and do it, guy is trying to cancel!". Anyway, my impression is they are overpriced ($170 for $80-$100 fuel induction; $75 for cabin air filter) and not trustworthy to work with. More
