If I could give less than a 1 star review I would. Service department is AWFUL! It has gone down hill once it switched over from Bradley Sparr Ford. Kristoff is the rudest employee. I have always had my expedition serviced there, and the past couple of times I have taken it in for something under warranty, I get the run around. No one calls you back, and when I finally heard back from Kristoff, he was so rude. We switched to Loveland Ford and they are amazing. I would highly recommend not using them. Worst experience, and won't be returning. More
Service department completely mis-diagnosed a misfire issue when I purchased a 2011 F-150 from them. Within 25 days, the issue came back and I was forced to bring my truck to another dealer. This ended u issue when I purchased a 2011 F-150 from them. Within 25 days, the issue came back and I was forced to bring my truck to another dealer. This ended up costing me another $700. When I reached out to Ken Garff, (both directly to the dealer and my sales person) They went completely silent. Would not recommend, nor will I go back for another vehicle purchase. More

Most unprofessional and rude service advisor I have ever dealt with. I had a terrible experience trying to get two recalls on my truck fixed. Horrible sales practices. For one, they will mark up their "MSRP" on used cars to make it look like you are getting a discount. The standard MSPR of one of the vehicle i was looking at was $24k. They had the MSRP listed as $29k....Then discounted it down $5k. As I was buying two cars at the same time, I figured I should get a discount, so I offered something with an $5k discount...cause why not...if they want to mark things up, it works both ways. I was then told they don't negotiate over the phone. Let me be clear here. I have 8 cars, 7 were purchased this year for my business and I negotiated them all over phone and even text message. I called Chandler, the sales guy, and asked whats up. He told me, "You don't offer us $5k under and get a counter." HAHA Really? That is EXACTLY how negotiation works and has forever. I was willing to work with them to get to a win-win, but they wanted me to drive 45 minutes in rush hour from Longmont to take me seriously. To bad that isn't how business is done anymore.
