Service department I have been coming to this dealership for 25 years and have been getting nothing but the best. , most personalized service that WAS excellent, UNTIL I have been coming to this dealership for 25 years and have been getting nothing but the best. , most personalized service that WAS excellent, UNTIL TWO WEEKS AGO WHEN I CAME IN FOR repair on my gas gauge 1) the service mechanic outlined future needs at over $1,000. When I connected with the manager he stated most of the work had already been done and was not needed; 2) inadequate shuttle service to and from home - I had to wait 2 hours for the shuttle to take me home so they could diagnose the vehicle. They called me later and let me know they did not have time to diagnose it. As an 86 year old widow , dependent on this sole vehicle, was very upsetting. More

From the moment we stepped on the lot and were greeted by Riley Rauch, we were treated very well. He was very patient and showed us the 2016 and 2017 models of the Mazda CX5. He was very up front with us about the hail damage to the vehicles and shared with us that the vehicles were discounted due to the damage. They were passing the insurance money on to the customer in the form of discounts. Riley was very knowledgeable about the cars and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Riley to anyone in the market for a new or used car or truck. We were also greeted warmly by the General Manager, Mike. The finance manager explained the various add ons to us, but he was very polite and professional when we declined. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from this dealership, and we would easily go to them again if we found ourselves in need of another car. More

My husband had stopped in the night before, and said he had a great experience. We both went in the following day, and instead of buying one car, we bought TWO. The dealership was clean, organized, and fast. Everybody seemed to know just what to do. Brian was sincere, honest, and pleasant to work with. His sales manager Shad (don't know last name) was personable and knowledgeable. Our finance experience was top notch - he processed two loans in shorter time than it normally takes for one. We even came on a day when the GM gave everybody a free lunch! Car buying may never be the same - Spradley Barr Ford in Fort Collins just set the bar! More

But, honestly I didn’t look forward to car shopping. 1st impression? We walked away feeling like we'd finally met a Car Salesman with Integrity! (rare BLESSING!) His name is SAM SHIPPS. Wow, did this man know his products! He encouraged me to get behind the wheel of multiple vehicle models {even a F150} and without a sticker to look at …SAM gave tons of features on each Car, SUV, and Truck. We felt like this guy really cares about making sure his customers have excellent product and feature knowledge to buy with confidence a vehicle that’s the best fit for their family and personal needs. Pricing was TRULY “A NO-HAGGLE EXPERIENCE”. And, when SAM went to the Managers with our numbers... I felt Sam represented ME and Not himself, or the dealership. Unnecessary work. Service dept con job. They quote hundreds of dollars of repair work that's unnecessary. One example being a rubber runner on a full roof sunroof. Just needed to be reseated by hand, which I did myself once I finally looked at it personally. Took literally 1 minute to reseat in place. They quoted $210 in labor and materials AFTER trying to bill me $100 for initial inspection, when I walked in and told them the specific problem. Cons. More
Con artists I have had my truck in to their body shop twice. Each time I picked up the vehicle it had a radiator leak that cost me $1800. Had my truck in there I have had my truck in to their body shop twice. Each time I picked up the vehicle it had a radiator leak that cost me $1800. Had my truck in there a month ago and this time my front axle broke due to the alignment they did. Cost me another 1800. They are running a service scam there do not use them. More
