Seriously disappointed. The salesmen knew the vehicle that I was coming in to deal on was already sold. I spoke with him at noon and the vehicle was gone by then. Instead of calling me to tell me he wait that I was coming in to deal on was already sold. I spoke with him at noon and the vehicle was gone by then. Instead of calling me to tell me he waited until I showed up for the appointment and then tried to switch me to another vehicle. What a waste of my and my wife's time. We had planned on coming in and buying a vehicle that night. My wife left immediately. I stayed because the salesmen said that he "was sorry" and wanted to make it up to me. Can you Say Bait and switch? Oh my gosh. Then quote the sales manager was going to give me an apology to me when he finished with a customer. Well he finished and walked right by me. Hmm guess he forgot. I will not be back. Furthermore, I will make sure everyone I know understands that the only thing Spradley Barr Ford cares about is their own profit. More

I have purchased many vehicles in the past, and have had some real bad experiences with salesman and I gotta say Paul and Nick were the most professional people I have ever met. They made me feel very comfortable about purchasing a vehicle. I give the highest rating becuase the way I was treated at Spradley Barr. I have had nothign but bad experiences with this dealership. Initially I had gone there to buy a used Honda Civic Hybrid they had listed on the website. I also purchased the warranty which included dealership. Initially I had gone there to buy a used Honda Civic Hybrid they had listed on the website. I also purchased the warranty which included regular oil changes and service as part of the package. It seems the technicians in the service department are not able to follow simple directions or reattaching parts they remove to change the oil. Twice I've left the service department with my splash guard (plastic barrier which protects the undercarriage from external water) dragging on the ground. The second time this happened I simply took it to the local Honda dealership and had them replace the damage unit, a cost I absorbed personally. I wrote their service manager a letter explaining my disappointment in the service I had received (2.5 hour wait time for the 'Quik Lane' for an oil change) and the cost their technicians had cost me. He simply dismissed my problems and informed me that I could make an appointment for service in the future. Due to my mistrust in the capability of their staff I refuse to take my car their again for service, or even to buy another car. An email to their general manager, Newendyke, went unanswered with regards to the aforementioned problems. Additionally, due to their inability to complete a simple oil change I never felt comfortable utilizing the warranty I purchased for over 2000 dollars. Unfortunately, I will need to address my concerns with another service facility and pay more out of pocket because they won't honor a warranty issue. Bad facility. Bad Ethics. Bad Employees. Spradley Barr has failed to cast a positive light on Ford Motor Corp. and is doing them a disservice. More

I am pleased with my experience at Spradley Barr Ford and especially with James Hagerman. He helped me with the utmost sincerity, caring, and responsiveness regarding my needs and helping me find the right especially with James Hagerman. I definitely felt valued as an individual as well as a customer and I can't imagine being more pleased with a sales associate than with James. He's very personable and his guidance through the process helped me feel "taken care of". I'm very appreciative. So would I recommend buying a car from him? Definitely! He's already been so helpful with my questions and has assured me that I will have good service when I return my car for maintenance. I have purchased 6 vehicles at Spradley Barr Ford in the past dozen years. So, I expect to be treated very well. But my recent experience blew me away! I have never had a more experienced and professional group of people helping me. I have never had a sales person be so knowledgeable about his product. I felt confident in the knowledge that I didn't have to know every minute detail about my purchase because my sales rep did. His performance after the sale is most telling. I have been called and emailed by Mr Joel Brown and admonished to call him anytime with questions or concerns about my vehicle. This is the first time anyone has ever followed up with me after a vehicle purchase. Big surprise...I have started a trucking business in the oil fields of North Dakota and it is going well. I will need service vehicles and company vehicles in the near future. Guess where I will buy them and whom will be my point of sale? Mr Joel Brown is a gentleman of professional Intregrity, I will be honored to do business with him well into the future. For the record. I did not meet Mr Brown until the day of my purchase.
