Mark, As Internet Director I sincerely apologize about the experience that you had while here at Spradley Barr. I discussed the deal with Greg, and the car was price incorrectly on the window. I have talked with him about addressing this better the next time this occurs and to just give the price to the customer. As far as the improper detail goes, please bring the car back in when you have time and I will make sure it is re-done and up to your satisfaction. I will work with Greg to be better prepared for a visit by a customer. I know you shop online to save the time and hassel of just driving in and dealing with a regular sales person.
