It was nice working with Joel Brown. He was very friendly and eager to please. The only thing that we didn't like was that we were short on time because we needed to be at another appointment and w friendly and eager to please. The only thing that we didn't like was that we were short on time because we needed to be at another appointment and we felt kind of rushed with a "take it or leave it deal". My husband didn't even get to test drive the vehicle before I signed the paperwork. What we did like was that the manager offered to beat the price of the exact same vehicle that we were intending to go look at the next day after we showed the flyer for that vehicle to our salesman. I bought the extended service plan from Scott, the finance manager. He did not tell me that I was stuck with it after I bought it. I had regrets a couple days later about purchasing that plan and was surprised to learn that I couldn't back out of that plan like I want to. I think they need to share that information up front. Scott was very nice to work with too. Overall, I was happy with my experience at Spradley-Barr and I love my new SUV! More

Brian was great salesman. He didn't pressure me into a vehicle that I didn't want. I told him what I was looking for, and he showed me exactly what I wanted, and got a deal done for me. Derek showed great understanding of my situation, and we were able to agree on a price with little difficulty. Afterward, he went through all of the paperwork with me, as well as the car manual, so that I could easily find answers to any questions that might arise. The sales person and his little slip of paper with my initials and a price scribbled on it going back and forth to god knows where, the financing manager trying to get a feel for how much intrest I was willing to pay, the total time spent at the dealership (all day)not fun! I've got a different perspective on things now. Thank you for your courtesy, honesty, professionalism, and above all the ease of which every thing transpired. Greg Musto did a veru good follow up via email of keeping me posted of what was available. Napoloeon (last name escapes me) was very pleasant and prompt working up the financing for me.
