I had a great experience working with Nick at Spradley Barr in Fort Collins. The price we got on our trade in was fair and even found the 2010 ford edge limited that I had been looking for. Then after I had the car a couple of days I went back to get a second lesson and he didn't hesitate to show me all the cool stuff I didn't even know the car did. I hope to have this new car for a long time but I would defiantly purchase from Spradley and from nick again. More

Nick was helpfull from the 1st call, helped set-up test drive as we were out of town and were not able to go down to dealership right away. I was extremely pleased with the level of service and customer care while purchasing the new F150 from Spradley Barr. Michael and Napolean were outstanding and true professionals in the auto sales busin customer care while purchasing the new F150 from Spradley Barr. Michael and Napolean were outstanding and true professionals in the auto sales business. Overall time at the dealer was approximately 1.5 hours and most of that time was Michael explaining the vehicle and assisting in the set-up for an enjoyable 3 hour ride home. We recently bought a new Ford Escape Hybrid from him and he made the whole experience pleasant, efficient, and enjoyable. Paul was friendly and easy-going, yet respectful. We went in on the spur of the moment; we knew we wanted to buy a new car, but hadn't really thought about what we needed to ask about. He was knowledgeable and answered most of my questions even before I had thought of them. Although he obviously wants to sell Fords, I felt that he was honest and straightforward about the features of the car. There was no high-pressure or rush, even though it was late in the day. I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for a new car. More

I bought a 2004 Isuzu Rodeo From Spadley Barr. When I was I bought a 2004 Isuzu Rodeo From Spadley Barr. When I was test driving the car. I noticed that the antilock brake system light was on. I asked the I bought a 2004 Isuzu Rodeo From Spadley Barr. When I was test driving the car. I noticed that the antilock brake system light was on. I asked the salesman (Scott) about it and he stated that The the car had new brakes and that light comes on sometimes until the brakes get broke in. I should have known better but I am not a car mechanic. But anyway I bought the car. The second day after I bought it I started having problems with the electrical system. I took the car into the service department and they fixed the electrical problems for a fair price. However, The service department told me that there was a problem with the antilock brake system and that it would cost over $1,000.00 to fix. I felt very misled. I would never have bought the car if I wasn't lied to about the brake system. I went in the next morning to talk with the General Sales Manager ( Mark Newendyke )about the problem to give them a chance to make this right. The receptionist called him to let him know that I was waiting to speak with him. She said that I should have a seat and he would be out in a few minutes. Well I waited for about a half hour and was told that he had left the building. Mark Newendyke actually ducked out on me. Well I had his card and I called his cell phone. He asked me to call back a few minutes later and he never answered or called me back. Spradley Barr in Ft.Collins, Colorado has the worst customer service I have ever seen. It is shamefull. I feel that they were dishonest with me. Please heed my words and go to another dealership or this could happen to you. More
My salesperson, Josh, was very knowledgeable about the hybrid car I bought, which was great because although I had researched it I didn't know all the ins and outs and he was able to fill in those blanks hybrid car I bought, which was great because although I had researched it I didn't know all the ins and outs and he was able to fill in those blanks for me. Not to mention, he had a friendly manner and was very upbeat. I also dealt with Finance Manager Napoleon and he was friendly as well and he worked with me on the different packages. I did have an issue with the extended warranty I purchased but Finance Manager Scott worked to take care of that as soon as I requested a change the next day. Finally, (but definitely not least!) was the General Manager, Mark. He took care of my warranty issue immediately and in an extremely satisfactory way for me. Because of my overall experience at Spradley Barr Ford, but especially at the end where everyone came together to work with me on my warranty, I will buy my next car there and I will recommend everyone I know to go there. More
