My salesman was great! Since my commute to the dealership was 225 miles, I really appreciated all the work he did to make sure things were in order when I arrived. The only draw back to the experience was the length of time it took. After car/price/etc. had been agreed to, it took too long to finish out (almost 3 hours)- which is the ONLY reason the Overall Experience was a 3. Napolean in finance was very intertaining with discusions of mountain bikes and motorcyles while we had a few minutes of delay waiting for a fax from my insurance company.
