We discussed price on the phone before deciding to take the drive up to fort collins from Colorado springs. We were determined to buy an american car. After visiting the Jeep and Chevrolet dealers, we came to Ford. We have had Ford's in the past with generally good histories. The manager began to put more pressure on us that we were ready for and we said we had to spend some time away thinking about this. We left and said that we would get back to them. We made one more re-visit to the Chevy people to rule them in or out. By this time we knew we wanted the Mercury Marriner we had been dealing with, and called Joe back. We were able to satisfactority close the deal about 7:00 p.m.. We are happy with the car and the price we paid. Joe spent an additinal 3 hours with us on Monday going over the bells and whistles and even came t our house to set the garage door opener to sync with the car. We are not very tech savy, and he was very patient. All in all we are pleased with our buy and especially our sales rep Joe Paulson. Thanks.
