MKT Rear Toe Link Repair Excellent and timely service to repair what will be a recall item once the new parts are available (I paid then will be reimbursed by Lincoln). Service department would get a zero only after two trips I have owned Cadillacs, Audies, Porshas, Mercedes Benz and Chryslers and so I am used to good service. This Lincoln Aviator is the best car that I hav I have owned Cadillacs, Audies, Porshas, Mercedes Benz and Chryslers and so I am used to good service. This Lincoln Aviator is the best car that I have even owned. Bar non. However this service department after two visits explains why I never bought a Ford product. Two overnight stays to fix a simple problem is not acceptable. The last trip in was to upgrade the computer to have "Phone as a Key' available to be used. This should have been done in matter of an hour or less. The car was in all day and overnight because it was so late when I was called to come and get it, I could not do so. Then when I did get it I spend two hours on the phone with Lincoln in getting the system to work. I am not looking forward to the first or future oil changes and esp for the next thirty-nine months. More
