MKT Rear Toe Link Repair Excellent and timely service to repair what will be a recall item once the new parts are available (I paid then will be reimbursed by Lincoln). They handled the towing and Steve Hunt, Service Director, kept me updated for the few days it took to complete the repair. The entire Service Advisor Team is very friendly; if you are standing in the waiting area, I was asked multiple times if I needed assistance (I didn't as Steve was helping me). Five Star Rating for sure. More

Service department would get a zero only after two trips I have owned Cadillacs, Audies, Porshas, Mercedes Benz and Chryslers and so I am used to good service. This Lincoln Aviator is the best car that I hav I have owned Cadillacs, Audies, Porshas, Mercedes Benz and Chryslers and so I am used to good service. This Lincoln Aviator is the best car that I have even owned. Bar non. However this service department after two visits explains why I never bought a Ford product. Two overnight stays to fix a simple problem is not acceptable. The last trip in was to upgrade the computer to have "Phone as a Key' available to be used. This should have been done in matter of an hour or less. The car was in all day and overnight because it was so late when I was called to come and get it, I could not do so. Then when I did get it I spend two hours on the phone with Lincoln in getting the system to work. I am not looking forward to the first or future oil changes and esp for the next thirty-nine months. More
