Came here for vibrations after having been to discount tire more than a dozen times, they said there was no issue with my tires, had done some research and found that you can get the exact vibrations I wa tire more than a dozen times, they said there was no issue with my tires, had done some research and found that you can get the exact vibrations I was experiencing, from a bad transmission converter or valve body. Chevy had the truck for two weeks and I had to call to ask for updates, because I'm initially they said they would call me on Wednesdays and Fridays to let me know how far along I was on the waiting list. Wednesday would come and go, no update, friday would come so I called and I'd get and update and be assured I was gonna get a call back and they would never call back when they said they would, then claimed they couldn't duplicate the vibrations. Once I picked up the truck, on the way hope I felt the vibration and I like less than 15 minutes away. It doesn't take much to get the transmission up to temperature and feel the shudder and hopping. So I decided to takes it to AAMCO and they just took the fill plug out and found that my fluid was about and in low. The transmission needed 2 quarts of fluid. Chevy didn't even try to look for and issue just hooked the computer to it and drove it like 40 miles. Would not recommend maintenance at this location. More
I took my 2022 Silverado 6. 2 to get a recall done and they did it and gave me my truck back with a check engine light on. The adviser that was helping me wasn’t much of a help she didn’t know what was going on and made it seem it was my fault I have a check engine light but after they check it and saw that their mechanic/tech broke my knock sensor and it was cause of the check engine light she finally expected fault. They wasted my time and she at first it would take a day to get checked turned into a whole week without my truck that I needed for work and to get around. I didn’t get no rental or anything for their mistakes. I was really disappointed of how she handled the situation and how long it took to get my truck back that wasn’t suppose to take that long. More

I made an appointment on a Friday. When I arrived I was told they won't have a technician that can look at it until Monday and that it would take 2-3 days. On Monday I arrived and was told it would take 3-4 days. By day 3 I tried calling for an update and was unable to get through to a human. I text the number and got a response a few hours later telling me they haven't gotten to it yet and it's not likely to be done by day 4 either. The car sat untouched for 3 full days. I then picked it up and the only thing that was said to me was 'take care'. No apologies, nothing. What good is an appointment? His more technicians or make the appointments for when the car will actually be diagnosed. I wasted 3 days without a car and still don't have answers for what's wrong with my car. I drove 15 miles back and forth for a total of 60 miles and couldn't even get an apology much less a car wash. I will not be going back and will not recommend this place to anyone. More
