Kris Kinsley was so helpful after having a horrible experience with another sales person. He kept in contact and made my first car purchase a breeze! My family and I were not happy with the dealership experience with another sales person. He kept in contact and made my first car purchase a breeze! Honestly, when I first came to the dealership to purchase my first "adult car", I was a little nervous when the salesman introduced himself as "Fast Eddie". I'd heard stories about sleazy car salesman and pr my first "adult car", I was a little nervous when the salesman introduced himself as "Fast Eddie". I'd heard stories about sleazy car salesman and proceeded with caution. Well, I was pleasantly surprised and very shocked that despite the name, the only thing fast was him letting me jump in and drive it. I expected a sales pitch, or an up sale... Nada. He let me drive the car I came in to see. Then, to my surprise, just let me do my thing. He made sure to let me know that if I was interested in anything else, he'd be happy to help. Honestly, I was buying that 2020 civic hatch regardless 😂 but I was thoroughly impressed that he let me do my thing. Here I am, two years later and I absolutely LOVE my car. I will definitely be back in the future. Never thought I'd have loyalty to a car salesman/dealership, but Ken garff downtown has me sold. I know this reads like an add or sponsored or something, but this is MY experience. 10/10 More

About 3 years ago I purchased a used 2013 accord. Today I upgraded to a 2022 civic sport. I thought it was only natural to go back to Eddie as he sold me my first accord.
