Awesome Salesperson and awesome Dealer Ship The Honda dealership on 8th st and main in Salt Lake City, were awesome to work with. Eddie was kind nice and listen to my needs and concerns. Even at the end when I had changed my mined on the color of the car, the financial lady and Eddie stayed until everything was finished and finalized. Their was no scoffing or looks of frustration from them. They were happy and delighted to assist me. They said I have to be happy with my purchase. Very poor communication changed the next day The communication from the internet managers is very poor. I called on an add from the internet for a van that they posted. I was told that it would be ready for me to view when I arrived. I told them I was coming from an hour a away and they called me when I was 10 minutes from the dealer that they couldn’t show me the vehicle. So the advertisements that I see for hearing and communicating seem to be just that advertising! Update- Ken Garff Honda called me the following day and asked me to come in to see the van the following business day. They offered to cover my gas or bring the van to me so that I could see it. I came in and I was treated very well. I actually ended up buying the van from the dealership. They explained the problem to me and made sure everything was taken care of. I was very impressed by the sincerity of the sales department and wanting to make things right. I changed my first review from a 2 star to a 5 star review now. They deserve every star. More
