I had been looking for an accord with at least 6 different dealerships. Working in finance myself, I wanted to find somewhere that wouldn't try to get sneaky and where I would still be treated as a different dealerships. He was upfront, honest, quick to reply and definitely a hardworking guy. I can only assume that the managers there also had a direct effect on the whole experience. Because of how we were treated, not only did I drive away in a brand new accord, but he also earned customers for life.
