The staff is very good, friendly, and cares for the customers. Then only negative was the technician who works on my brakes may have forgotten to place one of the bolt on the brake. That was only discovered after driving to Southern CA to visit family. There was a loud clunking noise whenever going over the pot hole. I took it to local Honda dealer in Huntington Beach who discovered the missing bolt and replaced it. No more noise after that. More

Alex was very competent and helpful. Unfortunately the idiots at the Honda Finance Department were not. They steadfastly refused to accept the "Veteran" status shown on my UT D/L as proof I was a veteran. idiots at the Honda Finance Department were not. Then they refused to allow my wife to co-sign on the loan application because Experian had reported she had been dead for 14 years based on her SSN! Alex sent them copies of her 2020 SS Benefits Statement and a partial copy of our 2020 US Tax Return as proof of her current SS status. They still insisted on removing her from the loan application. We had expected that documentation would result in their prompt acceptance. So, we chose to obtain other financing and delete that application. Unfortunately, that also meant I had to give up the $500 Veterans Discount Alex had already given me, resulting in the need to re-accomplish the Sales Contract. Strange behavior for a dealership located so close to Hill AFB! Hint: In previous dealings with Experian, I have found their "credit reports" to be erroneous, inconsistent, and often contain multiple substantial errors. I have also found them to be "brain dead" when I try to correct them. Apparently Honda Finance suffers from the same handicap. Suggest Ken Garff Honda Management further investigate this incident and ask Hondas Finance to get their act together. I would hate to see you lose future business and customers because of their incompetence. Yes, my wife did suggest we return the car and cancel the sale because of this. For the year and condition of the car, we got a PHENOMENAL deal. Butler was a joy to work with, for the 3 hours he was trapped with us, and had none of those skeevy vibes you get from many car sale PHENOMENAL deal.
