Great customer service Josh was very attentive and explained everything very efficiently. When I picked my car up he recognized me and immediately helped me get my keys. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought my car a little over a week ago. This was a Certified pre owned 2018 Honda Accord. My car would not start the other day. They told me that I I bought my car a little over a week ago. This was a Certified pre owned 2018 Honda Accord. My car would not start the other day. They told me that I would have to contact my insurance to get a tow instead of getting their free towing service. My significant other was verbally abused on the phone. They didn't process my proof of income properly so my loan didn't go through. They claimed I didn't attach the documents which I sent to the sales rep MULTIPLE times. The only saving grace was Cory from Ken Garff Honda in Orem. This man took care of my and ensured my car was running properly. I won't go back to this dealership. More
Staff was friendly and helpful . After dropping off our van to have the sliding door repaired I was able to communicate with them via text messaging which was nice. I asked if they . I asked if they had a military/law enforcement discount which they did. This helped save some money which was nice. They also realized another problem with the door after they gave me the estimate. Because they realized this after the fact I was only charged an extra $50 instead of the full $120 for this repair. More
